Below you will find some revision materials to help you collate your notes on each of the case study films into areas that you will need to cover in your exam answer:

Use this handout to organise your notes in to each of the thematic or stylistic features of the film.




Use the handout below to help you find examples for a different thematic or stylistic focus from each of the case study films. Pick 3 sequences that you think are best for each film to help you support how the focus (e.g. representation of the city) is portrayed in the film by the director. The opening and closing sequences are always good to have detailed knowledge of but also find a sequence that you feel is particularly relevant.
