Use the handout below to help you find examples for a different thematic or stylistic focus from each of the case study films. Pick 3 sequences that you think are best for each film to help you support how the focus (e.g. representation of the city) is portrayed in the film by the director. The opening and closing sequences are always good to have detailed knowledge of but also find a sequence that you feel is particularly relevant.
Using the handout below, you can focus on just one case study film per time. You MUST compare and contrast at least 2 films in your answer so you could use these handouts for the 2 films you want to focus on:
